WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Established in 2013, ShopMYM is based in Cebu.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You may browse available products by category or by brand. Simply click "Add to Cart" for the items you would like to purchase.
Proceed to checkout afterwards to complete your order.

  2. Provide your contact details and shipping address
  3. Choose desired Shipping Method
  4. Choose desired Payment Option
  5. Complete checkout

Orders placed on the website are shipped via Erim Express or LBC.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM
If your message requires a response, we will get back to you within 2 business days.

Emails are responded to in the order that they are received. Please refrain from sending multiple emails as they may be flagged as spam.

DO YOU DO MEET-UPS?

Yes, we do. Meet-ups are held at:

DO YOU ACCEPT PRE-ORDERS?

Yes, we do. For more information on pre-orders, please check this page.

HOW DO I ADD MORE ITEMS AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?

     - Please place another order and complete the checkout process.
     - In the "Order Comments" field, please indicate the Order ID of the first order that you've placed.
     - Your order will be updated and an updated invoice will be sent within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 3 days and will be recorded under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from clients with cancelled orders or overdue accounts.

OOPS, I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED A DOUBLE ORDER. WHAT NOW?

If you accidentally placed an order twice, our system will automatically cancel your order within 72 hours.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving our payment details. The following payment methods are accepted:
     - BPI bank deposit
     - BDO bank deposit
     - PayPal
     - remittance via LBC or Palawan Express

Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification. Once verified, your order status will be updated to "Awaiting Shipment" to confirm receipt of payment.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We ship via Erim Express and LBC Express.

Erim Express
     - Flat rate: P100
     - Free for orders P6000 and up. Simply select "Free Shipping" during checkout.
     - Delivery in 2 to 4 business days
     - Reliable third-party courier who ships via LBC Express

LBC Express
     - Flat rate: P240
     - Delivery in 1 to 2 business days

Delivery times are approximations only. Delays may arise depending on the season or on the courier's volume of deliveries.

WHAT'S MY ORDER STATUS? 

If you signed up for an account, you can check your order status here. You will also receive order updates and tracking information via email, so please make sure that you've provided us with a valid email address.

WHAT DOES MY ORDER STATUS MEAN?

You will be able to track the progress of your order by checking its status on the ShopMYM website.

     Order Received - Your order has been placed and will be held for 72 hours while awaiting payment.
     Awaiting Payment - Payment details have been sent to your registered email address.
     Awaiting Shipment - Payment has been received and your order is being prepared for shipping.
     Shipped via Erim Express - Your order has been shipped via Erim Express and tracking number will be sent via email within 12-24 hours.
     Shipped via LBC - Your order has been shipped via LBC Express and tracking number will be sent via email within 12-24 hours.
     For Pre-order - Your pre-order quotation has been sent and the order is pending your approval.
     Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled due to non-payment. Please contact us if you believe there has been an error.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Shipping schedule: Every Tuesday and Friday.

     - Payment cutoff for Tuesday shipments: every Monday at 3:00 PM.
     - Payment cutoff for Friday shipments: every Thursday at 3:00 PM.

 

HELP! MY ITEM ARRIVED AND IT'S DAMAGED! NOW WHAT?

All items are packed carefully so that they are protected while in transit. When your package arrives, it is recommended that you open it in the presence of the courier. Claims for loss or damages should be filed with the courier.

Please take note that all packages are uninsured. If you would like to insure your package, kindly indicate your preference in the "Additional Comments" field prior to placing your order. Insurance coverage only applies to complete loss or non-delivery of packages; damage or pilferage of items are excluded from coverage. Additional fees will apply. 

MYM is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage after the package has been handed off to the courier.

I CHANGED MY MIND! CAN YOU HOLD MY SHIPMENT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold shipments for shipping at a later date. Unless an order cannot be fulfilled by ShopMYM, all orders will be shipped following the shipping schedule provided above.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the courier to update tracking information.

WHAT DOES THE LBC TRACKING STATUS MEAN? 

For more information, please contact the LBC branch nearest you. An overview of LBC's tracking status is as follows:

     Received - The package has been forwarded to LBC.
     Accepted - The package has been accepted by LBC for processing.
     In Transit - The package is in transit to the shipping address provided.
     Out for Delivery - The package is out for delivery to your address.
     Delivered - The package has been delivered and your order is complete.

I'M IN A RUSH. CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER NOW?

Sorry, but we do not offer rush shipping at the moment. Please refer to the shipping schedule and be guided accordingly.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
In the event that an order is sent back or refused by the customer, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer's account.
