HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can browse available products by category or by brand. Simply click "Add to Cart" for the items you would like to purchase.
Proceed to checkout afterwards to complete your order.

  2. Provide your contact details and shipping address
  3. Choose desired Shipping Method
  4. Choose desired Payment Option
  5. Complete checkout

Orders placed on the website may be shipped via Erim Express or picked up at Storebox.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, orders may be picked up at Storebox. Place your order as you normally would on the website and select "Pickup & Pay at Storebox" under Shipping Method and Payment Options. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

From the date your order is ready at Storebox, you have seven (7) days to pickup. After this period, your order will be cancelled and the Pickup & Pay option will no longer be available to you for future orders.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK? CAN I RESERVE OR PRE-ORDER?

We do not accept reservations or pre-orders at the moment. For updates on restocks and new arrivals, please follow us on social media:

HOW DO I ADD MORE ITEMS AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?

     - Please place another order and complete the checkout process.
     - In the "Order Comments" field, please indicate the Order ID of the first order that you've placed.
     - Your order will be updated and an updated invoice will be sent within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not allow order cancellations once the order has been submitted. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 3 days and will be recorded under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from clients with cancelled orders or overdue accounts.

OOPS, I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED A DOUBLE ORDER. WHAT NOW?

If you accidentally placed an order twice, please reply to the Order Confirmation email with the subject line "CANCEL" and we'll take care of it. Double orders are not counted towards your order cancellation count.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving our payment details. The following payment methods are accepted:
     - BPI bank deposit
     - BDO bank deposit
     - PayPal
     - remittance via LBC or Palawan Express

Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification. Once verified, your order status will be updated to "Awaiting Shipment" to confirm receipt of payment.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping fee is a flat rate of P100 nationwide. We offer free shipping for orders P6000 and up. Simply select "Free Shipping" during checkout.

Our courier is Erim Express, which ships via LBC.

WHAT'S MY ORDER STATUS? 

If you signed up for an account, you can check your order status here. You will also receive order updates and tracking information via email, so please make sure that you've provided us with a valid email address.

WHAT DOES MY ORDER STATUS MEAN?

You will be able to track the progress of your order by checking its status.

     Awaiting Payment - Your order has been placed and will be held for 72 hours while awaiting payment.
     Awaiting Fulfillment - Payment details have been sent to your registered email address.
     Awaiting Shipment - Payment has been received and your order is being prepared for shipping.
     Shipped - Your order has been shipped and tracking number will be sent via email within 12-24 hours.
     Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled due to non-payment. Please contact us if you believe there has been an error.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Shipping schedule: Every MONDAY.

     - Payment cutoff for Monday shipments: every Saturday at 8:00 PM.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. Please note that this is just an estimate, as delays may arise if the courier is processing an unusually large volume of packages. 

HELP! MY ITEM ARRIVED AND IT'S DAMAGED! NOW WHAT?

All items are packed carefully so that they are protected while in transit. When your package arrives, it is recommended that you open it in the presence of the courier. Claims for loss or damages should be filed with the courier.

Please take note that all packages are uninsured. If you would like to insure your package, kindly indicate your preference in the "Additional Comments" field prior to placing your order. Insurance coverage only applies to complete loss or non-delivery of packages; damage or pilferage of items are excluded from coverage. Additional fees will apply. 

MYM is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage after the package has been handed off to the courier.

I CHANGED MY MIND! CAN YOU HOLD MY SHIPMENT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold shipments for shipping at a later date. Unless an order cannot be fulfilled on our part, all orders will be shipped following the shipping schedule provided above.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers will be provided 12-24 hours prior to the shipment pick-up date. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the courier to update tracking information.

WHAT DOES THE LBC TRACKING STATUS MEAN? 

For more information, please contact the LBC branch nearest you. An overview of LBC's tracking status is as follows:

     Received - The package has been forwarded to LBC.
     Accepted - The package has been accepted by LBC for processing.
     In Transit - The package is in transit to the shipping address provided.
     Out for Delivery - The package is out for delivery to your address.
     Delivered - The package has been delivered and your order is complete.

I'M IN A RUSH. CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER NOW?

Sorry, but we do not offer rush shipping. Please refer to the shipping schedule and be guided accordingly.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

In the event that an order is sent back or refused by the customer, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer's account.
